- Chin Up 3 x AMPRAP
- Superset: Overhead Press x 30 sec
- Hip Thrust 3 x 10 reps
- Super Set: Lateral Bench Hops x 30 sec
- Back Lunges 3 x 8 reps (on each side)
- Superset: Burpees x 30 sec
- Pushups x 10 reps
